Just pushed a small but handy update to Data Exporter. Starting with v1.6.4, the indicator and VWAP column dialog remembers your selections between exports.
If you’ve been using the column selector, you know the drill — load the chart, click Export, check the columns you want, rename a few headers, click OK. Until now, you had to do that every single time. With v1.6.4 your choices are saved to disk and restored automatically the next time you open the dialog.
What’s saved
- Which columns are checked or unchecked
- Any custom CSV header names you’ve typed in
How it works
- Selections are stored in
DataExporter_ColumnSelections.jsonin your NinjaTrader user data folder - Matching is done by original column name — so if an indicator disappears from your chart, its saved entry just orphans harmlessly and gets cleaned up on the next save
- New indicators you add to the chart default to checked, as before
No new properties, no template changes, no server-side update required. Just drop in the new DataExporter.cs and recompile.
As always, download the latest version from your account page at futures.aeromir.com. If you run into any issues, submit a support ticket.
