Terms of Service Agreement

Aeromir Corporation ("Aeromir", "we", "us" or "our") welcomes you to futures.aeromir.com (the "Website"). These terms and conditions of service (collectively, with Aeromir's Privacy Policy, the "Terms of Service" or "Agreement") govern your use of the Website and the educational services, content, courses, and applications operated by Aeromir for futures trading education (together with the Website, the "Services").

1. Educational Services and Risk Disclosure

1.1 Educational Purpose: Aeromir Corporation is NOT a broker dealer, investment advisor, futures commission merchant, introducing broker, commodity trading advisor, or commodity pool operator. We provide futures trading education, training, historical backtesting analysis, and educational tools only.

1.2 No Investment Advice: All content, courses, workshops, webinars, and services are for educational purposes only. Nothing herein constitutes an offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities or futures contracts.

1.3 Risk Warning: FUTURES TRADING CONTAINS SUBSTANTIAL RISK AND IS NOT SUITABLE FOR EVERY INVESTOR. AN INVESTOR COULD POTENTIALLY LOSE ALL OR MORE THAN THEIR INITIAL INVESTMENT. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older.

2.2 Account Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for courses or services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Educational Content and Intellectual Property

3.1 Content Ownership: All educational content, courses, backtesting results, trading strategies, videos, documents, and materials provided through the Services are the proprietary property of Aeromir Corporation and are protected by copyright laws.

3.2 Limited License: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the educational content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

3.3 Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content without our express written permission. Commercial use requires written permission from Aeromir Corporation.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
• Reproduce, distribute, or share educational content with third parties
• Attempt to reverse engineer any proprietary trading algorithms or strategies
• Use automated systems to scrape or harvest content from the Website
• Impersonate Aeromir or its instructors
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Course Fees: Payment is required for premium educational content and courses. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy.

5.2 Billing: You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees. Recurring subscriptions will be billed automatically until cancelled.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

6.1 Educational Disclaimer: Our educational content is based on historical analysis and backtesting. Hypothetical performance results have inherent limitations and may not reflect actual trading results.

6.2 No Guarantees: We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any educational content. Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss.

6.3 Third-Party Brokers: Any trading you conduct is with third-party brokers. We are not responsible for the actions, services, or policies of any broker you choose to use.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL AEROMIR BE LIABLE FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, INVESTMENT LOSSES, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY TRADING DECISIONS YOU MAKE.

8. Regulatory Compliance

8.1 Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding futures trading education and any trading activities you undertake.

8.2 Regulatory Bodies: Futures trading is regulated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). Ensure any broker you use is properly registered with the National Futures Association (NFA).

9. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the educational content immediately ceases.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of El Paso County, Colorado, subject to the arbitration provisions below.

12. Arbitration Agreement

12.1 Binding Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12.2 Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against Aeromir.
