Gold just opened a naked long. It has a stop loss and no closing order. I scrolled out to 800 points in profit and there is still no profit target order. Any idea why?

Tom doesn’t seem to be very active here lately.
Have you tried opening a support ticket?

It opened another naked position today. Only has a stop order in place, no take profit order. I don't know why it's doing this.

Click on your name in the top-right corner of the screen.
You’ll see a menu with “Support Tickets” — that’s where you can create one.
