What Is Aeromir Autotraders?
Aeromir Autotraders is a subscription-based suite of fully automated futures trading strategies for NinjaTrader 8. Instead of watching charts and manually entering trades, these strategies monitor the market and execute trades on your behalf — with built-in stop losses, profit targets, and hedge protection.
Your subscription includes everything in the suite:
- Phoenix — the flagship strategy, trading NQ/MNQ and ES/MES on 5-minute bars during Regular Trading Hours
- Data Exporter — exports NinjaTrader chart data to CSV for research and analysis
- Legacy Strategies:
- Goldilocks — trades MGC/GC (micro and full gold)
- Low Volume Hunter — trades MNQ/NQ
- Breakout Guardian — trades MES/ES (2 contracts)
- Direction Momentum — trades CL on 15-minute bars
- Every new strategy added to the suite going forward
Why Phoenix?
Phoenix is the centerpiece of the suite. It was built using the same pipeline taught in the Algo Method course — walk-forward optimization, Monte Carlo simulation, and rigorous out-of-sample testing. It's the first strategy we tested to score 100/100 on our proprietary robustness testing suite, with a 67.6% win rate across 3,000+ trades and 6+ years of validated data.

Getting Support
When you run into a problem with your Aeromir Autotraders setup, there are several official support channels. Use them in the order listed here — tickets and Slack resolve most issues faster than a phone call, and keep a record of the solution that benefits other subscribers.
First Time? Request Slack Access
If you haven't joined the Aeromir Slack workspace yet, request access at aeromir.com/slack. You'll need to be an active subscriber to be approved. Once you're in, join the #support and #phoenix channels.
Support Channel 1 — Submit a Support Ticket
For setup issues, license problems, installation failures, billing questions, or anything that requires a detailed back-and-forth, submit a support ticket first. Tickets are tracked, prioritized, and responded to during business hours. Nothing falls through the cracks.
Submit a Support Ticket
Go to futures.aeromir.com/support-ticket and fill out the form. Include as much detail as possible — see the tips at the bottom of this lesson.
Submit a Support TicketSupport Channel 2 — Slack #support Channel
For quick questions, general troubleshooting, or issues where community input might help, post in the #support channel in the Aeromir Slack workspace. Other subscribers often have the same questions and can help — and Tom monitors the channel regularly.
Slack #support Channel
Post your question in #support with as much detail as possible. Screenshots and error messages are especially helpful. Questions posted publicly benefit the whole community — if you have the question, someone else probably does too.
Support Channel 3 — Phone
If you've submitted a ticket or posted in Slack and haven't been able to resolve the issue, you can reach Tom directly by phone. Please try the first two channels before calling — most issues are resolved faster in writing where screenshots and error messages can be shared easily.
Phone Support
719-413-4321
Available during business hours. Before calling, have your NinjaTrader version, strategy version, and a description of the issue ready — it makes the call significantly more efficient.
Support Channel 4 — Weekly Zoom Support Meeting
Every Thursday at 1:00 PM Eastern, Tom hosts a live Zoom support meeting open to all Aeromir Autotraders subscribers. Bring your questions, screen share your setup, or just listen in to hear what others are working through.

Please Don't DM
No Direct Messages Please
Please don't send direct messages on Slack for support requests. Here's why:
- DMs are easy to miss and hard to track — your question may not get answered promptly
- Questions answered privately don't help other members who have the same issue
- Support tickets and the #support channel keep everything organized and nothing falls through the cracks
If you post in #support or submit a ticket, your question is visible, tracked, and benefits the whole community. That's the best way to get help quickly.
How to Get Faster Support
Whether you're submitting a ticket, posting in Slack, or calling, including the right information upfront saves multiple back-and-forth messages. Always have this ready:
| Information | Where to Find It |
|---|---|
| NinjaTrader version | Control Center > Help > About NinjaTrader |
| Strategy name and version | NinjaTrader Output window startup banner — e.g. === PHOENIX v2.1.4 GOING REAL-TIME === |
| Exact error message | Copy verbatim from the Output window — don't paraphrase |
| Screenshot | A screenshot of the error or unexpected behavior is worth a thousand words — include one whenever possible |
| Prop firm and account type | e.g. Bulenox evaluation, Lucid Trading funded master account |
| What you already tried | List the troubleshooting steps you've already taken — saves time by avoiding suggestions you've already ruled out |
| When it started | Did it ever work? Did something change — an update, a Windows restart, a new machine? This context narrows the cause immediately. |
